And, yes, I did drop over and post on your blog. I’ve been a public speaker for years so it’s a topic that really does interest me. But you’ll note that I’m doing the tasks on my life change blog. This is just where I’m reporting the tasks.

I’ve seen the “31 days to build a better blog” and thought that I might buy it.
If this is your day 5, I think I’ll follow you and see how you manage.

Great idea to have posts related to the 31 days.

Notice that day 5 task is “If the reader left a link to their blog, click through and comment on an interesting post on their blog.
Respond to their comment on your blog. ”

Absolutely. Form letters don’t carry nearly the same impact. I wrote a few specific emails.

This seems to be a very effective strategy. I like getting emails from other bloggers but its essential to have a personally drafted mail for each reader rather than a marketing message type mass email sent to all readers on your mailing list.
