Every blogger wants love. In the blogging world, link love refers to the Google pagerank boost a site gets when it has links to it from other, higher quality sites. In other words, when other good sites link to yours, it’s good for search engine optimization and traffic.
With CommentLuv you can hand out a good does of link love to the readers who comment on your blog. It allows them — without spamming your blog — to get a titled link back to one of their blog entries at the end of their comment. This encourages commenting and discussion.
Installing CommentLuv on your blog is easy. Just follow these steps:
Login to your Dashboard.
Click on Plugins>Add New in the left navbar.
Type CommentLuv in the search box. Click Search Plugins.
Locate CommentLuv in the results list. (It’s probably the first.)
Click on Install on the right side of that plugin row.
Click Install Now on the popup dialogue box.
After the plugin is successfully uploaded, click on Activate Plugin.
Click on Settings>CommentLuv in the left navbar. Choose the settings that you like. (I leave all the defaults except the badge I choose to display.)
Now your blog is ready to give mounds of link love to your loyal readers! And to make it even better for them, make that a dofollow link. They’ll love you for it!

I’ve been using CommentLuv since I started blogging on the Blogging Wire. I think it’s one of my favorite plugins.
