I have not upgraded my own — plan to do that this evening. But I’ve upgraded some client sites.

The only problem I had was in renaming the folder. Once I get the upload, I always work around to name the current theme folder “thesis” — rather than “thesis_17,” etc. This keeps the paths for images, etc., intact.

But when I do this, the display in the Appeance>Themes shows text that says 1.7 is installed, but shows the 1.6 image. Not a problem as far usability, but could confuse people.

I’ve reported the issue.

Hesham, I have now uploaded both Win with 1 and Pix2Brix. No problems at all. Even the backend glitch seems to have been resolved. :)

Thanks, Ileane. To date the real impact has been that it makes SEO easy, it makes customization easy, it makes upgrading easy — so I can focus on blogging instead of administration issues.

Love Thesis!
